Checking The Fit

Well, I want to help you out more by telling you a few tips for when you are checking the fit of a bra when you try one on. The first thing is to make sure your breasts are in the cups all the way without any overflow and make sure you don't have any extra space in the nipple.

When you put the bra on and you hook it make sure that the band of the bra comes straight across your back. If it is riding up your back then it is too small for you in the band.

The other thing to check is if you lift up your arms and the cups come up that means that you are wearing the wrong size. One thing you do not want when you are working or doing something is your bra riding up in the front. It is really uncomfortable when you feel like your bra is up at your throat and your breasts are uncovered.

Make sure that the straps are not digging into your shoulders since that will leave an imprint on the skin over time. If you do happen to have this problem you should go for the new bras that have a padded strap or you can buy these things that slide on your strap that help add width to the strap so it won't dig in.
